The Committee of 300: Myth, History, and Conspiracy The “Committee of 300” is a concept rooted in conspiracy theories, claiming the existence of a secret global elite that controls international politics, finance, and commerce.  Popularized in the late 20th century, the idea has become a recurring motif in discussions of alleged shadow governments and clandestine global networks.
